Abstract

Maribel López Martínez writes and discloses the story of violence lived within her family, triggered and exacerbated by the disease diagnosed to her brother Jose Ramon: schizophrenia. She feels for him a deep fraternal love which helped him, in a special way, during his treatment. The tense relationship experienced after her parent´s divorce, drives her to play a stronghold role within the domestic relations.
