Abstract
Xitzali narrates her memories as a member of a Catholic family. After a six-years courtship, she married at the age of 21 and had two children. Soon, she realized that her husband was an alcoholic, therefore she began feeling very alone in her marriage, he was unfaithful. She devotes herself to her children and when they reach adolescence, after several crises in their marriage, she decides to separate and move on. Her bioenergetics therapy helps her to have more awareness of her body, of her being. She felt the need to see inward of herself, in search of peace, tranquility and balance.
