Abstract

Veronica Maldonado dedicates this testimony to her sister who accompanied her and supported her with love in order to continue with her life after the earthquake which, as she calls it, was an “underground serpent”. Her ideas go away reflecting on the tremor thirty-two years ago with the one of September 19, 2017, in before and after, in which in both events she was a brigadier, in which definitely for some “nothing will have happened…for others, sadly everything happened”.
