Abstract
Sandra Ximena Mata exposes what has been her life until her twenties, her passion for Taekwondo, sport that she practices since she was five, and her love for studying. She has a loving family integrated by her parents and three siblings who have always supported her. She succeeds to balance that high-performance sport’s practice with her university life, her family, and the relationship with her boyfriend. She invites those who can read these words to live the present, because tomorrow could be too late, no matter the age; and set objectives and goals leading to freedom of mind, body and spirit.
